The scanned QR must open this official DMPR verification.dmpr.gov.za portal. Do not rely on a result displayed by another website
Why verification is scan-only
Each QR code is linked to one mining permit
Contact the Department when:
- The QR do not open DMPR portal
- The result does not match the detail on the physical permit
- The portal cannot find record of the scanned QR

determines whether that particular permit is currently active or not
